ok i like this guy, and he kinda acts shy around me, and he flirts with me some.
and im just wondering how to get him to flirt and touch me more.

i DO flirt and touch him, a lot.
but its not that he doesnt think im pretty.

make eye contact with him when you are around him.
flirt with him and touch him.

I guess you can always do the whole, oops tripped thing and sort of land in his arms. Flirt back, make him feel confortable with his flirting. Show him you are just as flirtatious as he is this will make him feel more bold (i mean in theroy).
If he is still too shy then maybe you should move your rook to meet his bishop (make the first move). Sometimes guys need to be told in plain english ^^

1.Wear less clothing. Keep your arms/shoulders/back open. It's a nice tempting area for a guy to touch.
2.Smell good. Guys notice this..fruity scents are a plus.
3.Try to get in his way...bump into him and be a bit clumsy.
4.Smile a lot and look in his eyes
5.Talk to him and say nice things

shy guys turn me off~!~!!
best thing to do is to just touch him on his arm lightly when joking with him or flirt wiht him in a very innocent frndly manner tht will cause him to open up~! n then he will be more comfortable around u~

be cuddly with him and maybe even casually invite him to the movies or grab a bite to eat....When you see him..hug him and then later give him a back rub and say "im starving you wanna go grab something to eat?" This should work ;) jejeje it did for me back in my single days! Good luck!

when he touch u, touch him back maybe even accidently touch his butt. Then he wil become less shy with u, then he will be all over u. or jus say "its okay u can touch me" when he touch u and look shy

u have to initiate the touching because maybe hes just making a chess move and dont wanna violate you. let him know its ok to touch one another.

Look what i did with my now boifriend is that i went up and just touched his hand softly and played with his hand alot. try that if that doesn't work write him a letter with your feelings in it and give it to him
