Insurgents, Yes, but they were rounded up by Sadaam's government and shot. Then following the Gulf-war, the Kurds and Shia tried to separate/ revolt and where gassed or machine-gunned.

Terrorists, not as we see today. Those have come from Syria, Saudia Arabia, and Iran.

The Terrorists during Sadaam's reign was his police and his SONS... do remember that Ude is attributed with roughly 900 rapes and murders HIMSELF.

well, since they would be "insurging" against saddam......yes there were....they were the shiites (who got their a$$ handed to them) and the Kurds.


However, The current bunch is waaaay more crazy

no dumb *** they didnt have insurgents before the war thats why they are insurgents. there were no terrorists either just iraqis.
