You should not have be allowed to leave the hospital until you were able to pass gas. If you are not able to pass any at all you may have a blockage, if that is the case you need to get to the ER.

If you are expelling some air than I would suggest that you try walking and moving around.

This can really be painful, since you need to pass all of that air out. Walk and continue to move around alot, this will make the air move as well so it won't stay trapped. Also you can lay flat on your back and put your knees together and bring them up to your chest, and wrap both arms around your knees and apply presssure to your tummy area, this will also help to release some of that trapped air. Good luck, and I hope all went well with your colonoscopy

Simple dear just massage your tummy in clockwise position and it will help you to pass wind. Try it.

Eat and drink. To get your natural flora back into your colon, try yogurt.
