how do i heal my big TOE?

Joel--you didn't give us information!! Where does it hurt. On either side of the nail? I'm assuming you have an ingrown toe nail. If the pharmacy doesn't have any salacylic acid (in the foot section), use compound W liquid. Tuck a tiny bit of cotton under the spot on the nail that's bothering you, and drop a drop of the compound W on the nail (not the skin). Try this a couple of times and if it doesn't make your toe feel better, we need more information to help you out.

P.S. Take 4 ibuprofen (motrin) every 6 hours for pain.
