In most cases the frozen vegetables are the better as they are usually frozen within hours of harvest.
Much of the fresh stuff could have been transported half way across the country and handled several time before reaching the supermarket shelves.

From what I've read recently, veggies are quick frozen at the peak of their ripeness, and immediately after picking, so their nutritional value is almost as good as fresh. I happen to like the way fresh veggies taste though.

In 1998, the FDA confirmed that frozen fruits and veggies provide the same essential nutrients and health benefits as fresh.
For peak flavor and good value, fresh produce in season is always a good choice. But frozen are just as good for you as fresh.

Usually not. The frozen ones are usually processed somewhat. Either boiled or steamed. That process would remove some nutritional value.

Not as much, no. After the whole process of going through machinery and such, the vegetables lose almost half of their luster and nutritional value.
