its hard to say . sometimes it has to do with the individual but the best answer is with age sometimes they do tend to grow out of it. And I agree with others , when he is really in love with a girl he never wants to hurt her or be with anyone else than her. ( but once again that can often go with age and maturity)

Nothing makes a male stop cheating, but a male CAN stop cheating if he wises up and realizes not only is it disrespectul to his partner and himself, but also there are great risks involved such as getting a woman pregnant and diseases of all types.
A male will not cheat if he is satisfied with himself first, then he can be satisfied with others both physically and non physically- sometimes it is an ego thing, sometimes it is lack of maturity and again the self respect issue.
Remember this though- once a cheater always a cheater- basically stating that once he cheats on a particular person chances are 50/50 he will do it again and the lack of trust even after the first episode of cheating will be gone so most likely if this happens, the man isn't trusted anyway so many times he feels why not do it again since keeps being blames or questioned.
Some couples build the trust back up but it really takes an effort on both sides. This is my point of view from what I have seen in my 40 years of having many male friends and dating.

well there is no book on how to make a male stop cheating love, but i think this answer helps.
First of all ask yourself this question, why does he cheat? what have other women got that i don't?. it might not be being beautiful or ugly but trust me on this, even though beauty take the center stage on love affairs it is not what males look for.
So to answer your question, to make a male stop cheating try to change something in your life, respect him, talk to him a lot, let him feel at home with you, go out together and when you do try to show the public he is the most important person in your life.
All these can't be done once, it is part of building a strong relationship, there may be up and downs at times but just don't give up, and keep on holding on he will never cheat when you show all these qualities.

Noone can make anyone do anything. If a man has a compulsion for N** P**** then you nor I will ever be enough woman to satisfy that. Some men like new experiences every woman has a different shape, different smell, different sound; I have found that some men enjoy the chase more than the kill.
There are many reasons why men cheat, but its not because they do not love you, they have just not learned to be satisfied in stability.
Stability can be sexy when you don't have to worry about S.T.D.'s

I could say a lot of outlandish, bias, and generally horrible things. Since you asked very nicely, ill give you an honest answer.
The thing that stops cheating is divorce. Seriously. Im a pretty bad person some times, but I will NOT cheat on my wife. Its just something I wont do.
If he wont stop, remove yourself from him, and tell him he can have the other woman.

His love, his happiness, his life. If a person is content with their life in their relationship they will not cheat. They will not need to cheat or want to cheat because they get everything they need/want at home. Family/wife/support/love /affection.
It is very important to be there for your spouse always. Through thick and thin. Also not a lot of complaining and whyning....being female or male doesn't matter. If your happy and live in a happy /healthy relationship it's great!
Sure it's not perfect but it's great!

Look for a guy that doesn't listen to rap, doesn't go to clubs, bars are ok. Think about it, if he idolizes people who claim to be players, what does he want to be.
And ladies please, if you think any STRAIGHT guy goes to a dance club to dance you're insane, they go there to meet women.
Also, find a guy who is mature, I don't know how old you are so I can't give you an age. I'd say 1-2 years older than you is good.
I'm a male, I don't go to dance clubs, and I despise rap because of the way it demeans women, not to mention its incredibly repetitive

Once a cheater always a cheater. I think the only think that makes them stop cheating is when somethig real bad happens to them and women are not attracted to them anylonger. Or once they ran out of money to pay for their cheap adventures.

i believe that if a man or a women is cheating then they dont love the one they are with i think about the only two things that could make someone stop cheating is one for them to love the person with all their heart and two if they had a taste of their own medicain
