People will probably turn you in for this question as well. Yahoo isn't exactly favoring to Christianity.

I recently received a violation, and I challenged it. I'm still waiting for the resolution. I have found that if people do not like your answers, they abuse the "report abuse" function on the board. Don't sweat it, sweetie. From what I was told by others on YA, it's pretty common to get a violation. Just think back to grade school when someone got mad at you and told the teacher. Same scenario, different forum. (I'll probably get reported for abuse for this answer!)

Freedom *of* religion also means freedom *from* religion, and the person you replied to obvously didn't want it to hear any religious comments.
People's sensitivities don't have to make sense. Some people are more sensitive than others. I imagine that a gay person is probably sick and tired of Christians hating them or pittying them or wanting to save them or what have you. Maybe this one person had enough of it.

Not so many people can handle the truth and as they say, "Truth hurts". Do not let this stop you from spreading the Word of God though, everyone needs to hear it.

And as an atheist--I totally miss your point. You answer someone's question and then gripe about other people's responses--I have to ask--just what are you looking for?

i think it is because many Christians go to the LGBT forum and preach and are nasty. I would imagine you were seen as being one of them.
sorry that happened - but that's the way it goes.

If those were your exact words, then it shouldn't be considered a violation. Were those your exact words?
