You can probably recover medical costs that you would not have had to pay if it were a routine delivery. Also, see a specialist about your back...you may be able to get those costs too.

It doesn't matter whose fault it was...if it was the other driver's fault, sue his insurance company. If it was your sister's fault, sue her insurance company (of course, this would make her premiums skyrocket).

Get a good attorney though...they would know best.

Question is where you wearing a seatbelt as required by law? If not your chances of ripping off the industry decreases substantially Back pain is common with labor, hope your sister gets a good lawyer

You know, you are one of the reasons that I am developing a lot less faith in humanity by reading these moronic questions. One month ago you said you were 8 weeks pregnant and were asking about morning sickness, and now you're 8 MONTHS pregnant and asking about lawyers and personal injury.

Try to keep your stories straight on here or just stop posting questions.

simple math here, Einstein...

8 weeks plus one month equals 12 weeks, or 3 months.
Where did the other 5 months come from?

Who was at fault?

If it was your sis - you prob have nothing coming

If it was the other driver you might have a chance for a little money - but prob not

"a billion gazillion dollars.

Shouldn't your first worry be about the baby ??? "

Why would you want to do that when you can get out there and get you some free money.
