Time – Stretch marks, like all types of scarring fade over time.
Retin-A (Tretinoin) – 0.1% Tretinoin creams have been shown to significantly reduce the appearance of stretch marks in a study published in the May 1996 Archives of Dermatology. See your doctor for a prescription. These creams work best when used on fresh stretch marks. WARNING: Do not use tretinoin treatments if you are pregnant of breast feeding as the active ingredient may be passed to the unborn child or the breast milk.
Exfoliate daily – use a loofah or scrunchy to remove daily.
Stretch Mark Creams and Lotions – Using creams and lotions that heal and beautify your skin can reduce the appearance of stretch marks. The following ingredients are widely accepted as beneficial for this purpose:
Cocoa butter
Rose hip oil
Emu oil
Jojoba oil
Castor oil
Shea butter
Vitamin A, E & C
Vic’s Vapor Rub – Many people have reported success using Vic’s Vapor rub by applying it to a washcloth or paper towel and rubbing it forcefully into the scarred skin on a nightly basis for a few weeks.
Increase Circulation – by taking hot baths and massaging the areas regularly.
Tanning – Go sunbathing! Tanning can diminish and even eliminate minor stretch marks. Be sure to use sun screen.
Vitamin E Gel – Break open vitamin E capsules and rub the oil into the skin over the stretch marks daily for 2 weeks.
unstretch the skin – After the skin returns to its normal, unstretched size, stretch marks often become nearly invisible.
Know of any more?

Glamorious pretty much hit all the best points. Okay, there is no fast way. Some say you can't get rid of them (but I choose to believe otherwise). You can go to a dermatologist and get Laser Surgery or Microdermabrasion (but these can both be costly). If they're red go to your derma and get a prescription for Retin-A (except if you're pregnant/breast feeding).
I'd say the best way to go about it otherwise would be to exfoliate and massage daily to get your circulation going and remove layers of skin so that the imperfections (stretch marks) can rise to the surface and go away. (There are many ways to do this - loofah, sugar scrub, glycolic peel (best done professionally) and AHAs.) Then be sure to moisturize the area with something that will aid with skin regeneration and collagen production (Vitamin E, Aloe, Emu Oil work particularly well). This will take a while before you notice results - be patient and diligent

You can get rid of stretch marks GRADUALLY with cocoa butter and Vitamin E. The only way to get rid of them quickly is to go to a dermatologist and have them removed. I don't think its all that expensive either. There's no home remedy or special mixture...sorry! Hope this helps!

maybe you mean stretch marks?
theres no way to get rid of them.
some ointments such as cocoa butter help prevent them and overtime they might fade. but dont expect an overnight treatment or anything because they will probably remain on your body forever.

You can not remove them after you have them. They will fade with time but.. they are yours to keep.
You MAY avoid them before you get them by keeping your skin lubricated and pliable.
good luck...
