All of Revelation is figurative, not literal.

The figurative expression of “hail” and “fire” being the word of God was taken from Psalms 18:13:

“The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.”

The “trees” are the people of the world, and the “green grass” is representative of the doctrines and precepts in which they believe and take stock.

Green grass grows into much larger stocks of mature grass that eventually become the main stem of the plant. Comparitively, the expression “to take stock in what he says” simply means you can trust you are getting good information. In this case though, that in which humans take stock (the doctrines and precepts of men) is “burnt up” by the truth:

See Isaiah 40:23–24, Jeremiah 10:8, Isaiah 37:27; 40:6–8, and Isaiah 10:17–19 for the examples.)

John writes that a “third part of the trees…and all green grass was burnt,” which means that “all of humanity” is under condemnation. This is because of its works caused by the false doctrines and precepts in which it believes. When people hear the truth, they will be “tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb” (see Revelation 14:10). In other words, they will be extremely embarrassed by how they have chosen to live, and by what they have allowed themselves to believe.

Many of the Old Testament prophets used the term “third” to exemplify three distinct expressions of the whole of humankind from which corruption usually occurs: there are those who serve, those who do not, and those who are served. The symbolic use of “thirds” expresses that all people, no matter in which “third” they are found, will be judged and treated equally according to the Royal Law of Christ.

Revelation 4:2-19:10 has not happened yet.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ starts with the letters to the churches. These represent the "church age"....then notice, starting with chapter 4 verse 1....the church is no longer mentioned. That is because the church (the body of born-again, saved, believers in Christ) are not there. The rapture will happen before the events in 4:2-19:10 unfold.

This is apocalyptic literature, emphasis on the word apocalypse. The intensity of Gods wrath is described figuratively as a wine press. The judgments on this earth will be very severe. What we are seeing today is nothing compared to what will soon come. I firmly believe that these events will happen in our lifetime though.

The Jews are returning to Jerusalem on wings of eagles. Israel the nation was born in one day. God is gathering His people back to Israel. Israel is blossoming. These are great signs. They are trying to divide God's land. The world is becoming a One World Religion via the UN and the European Union is becoming the dominating world power. Just recently the Pope said that the Protestants are a false religion and the Catholic Church is the one true church. The Protestants still remember the great killings of those who refused to convert to Catholicism and yet were Christians and believed in the Lord. The bad Popes of the past will not be forgotten and many Protestants totally disagree with the Pope and his position, title and papacy. The Vatican City is seen as the Great Harlot of the Bible that sits on 7 hills. Many see the next Pope as the False Prophet.

God said the latter days would be as it was in the days of Noah, they were eating and drinking and giving in marriage and mocking Noah saying he was a crazy old man for building a boat because it had never rained.

So Spain and Portugal are the places where all this to begin? I understand your belief but does Revelations pin point the exact place in where these fires happen?

The Christ said when we see the things we are seeing now. It is only the Beginning of Sorrows. Matthew 24 I believe. Personally, I feel we have not even got to the 5th Seal yet. The Worldwide Earthquake!

Oh, we CAN see revelations happening in our lifetime! But guess what? We see revelations happening in EVERY lifetime! Every generation SWEARS it's the end of the world! Only the last generation will be correct, but only because eventually, there will be a generation of people who really ARE the last generation! But even THAT is not for certain! Maybe we'll live forever, who knows?!

There's fires every year. It's part of the eco-system and some species NEED the fires to survive. As the world becomes more populated, these fires reach more humans "backyards" so they're in the news more.

I wouldn't get too excited over bible prophecy....you're only setting yourself up for disappointment.

Of course! As it is written in Revelation 24: 12-13 "And the rain of fire shall begin again upon the Iberians, and Lo! there shall be terror and a gnashing of teeth in the Azores!"

This does not mean that this is happening right now. If all these fires are put up by winter, then we are going to have a big problem with all the prophesies in Revelation.

GOD Laws are made of three Books: The Old Testament, The new Testament and Quran as a conclusion all originated from the middle east. How can you understand GOD LAWS with out reading GOD Conclusion?
"Say: we believe in God and in what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il: Isaac, Jacob and The Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus and the Prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another, among them, and to God do we bow our will (in Islam)." (Qur'an, Al-Imran 3:84)

"The Jews said that the Christians follow nothing (i.e. are not on the right religion); and the Christians said that the Jews follow nothing (i.e. are not on the right religion); though they both recite the Scripture. Like unto their word, said (the pagans) who know not. Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection about that wherein they have been differing"[Quran Surah 2 AlBaqarah :113]
