Like if she did her hair differently, her nails and feet are done, she just got her eye brows done, she is wearing a new dress, she smells good, etc.? I think it's very nice when guys notice these things.

I would say 99 percent of the time I do. I might miss one now and then. If I am dating someone and am enthralled by them. I notice all kind of things. From small freckles to maybe even a scar or something. So of course I would notice when she did something different to try and make herself look better in my eyes.
Actually I think most men usually do. But I think the forget to mention it to the lady which then is where we men lack.

No. Guys don't notice the little things. Even when they are pointed out to use we have a hard time seeing them.
Note that how she smells is not a little thing though....that's a big, big thing.
And guys won't notice the new dress so much....as they notice the woman inside the dress and what skin/curves/such they can see.

Maybe not her feet, but I do notice the other little things. Change in perfume, hair, new dress, etc.
I think it is the little things that mean so much!

yeha , all the time. But I would only point out that I'd noticed if I was actually oing out with her,or close friends etc. Otherwise it might look a little bit creepy and stalker-ish!

I always do. Usually more so when I'm really into the girl, or if we're really good friends, but I do notice little things like that.

Yes and when i do i always let them know that the look nice smell nice and so on, when a lady keeps her self clean looking it is a nice turn on.
