Yes God will answer questions. This being said He also may chose not to answer. You have to be sensitive to God because the answer may come from a place you may not expect. Read your Bible as it has answers to most of life's questions already written down. If you have never read the Bible all the way through I suggest that you get started. Start with the new testament and when you finish then start the old testament. God will speak to you as you read and you will be more sensitive to His direction for your life.

God loves you with a passion. Zephaniah 3: 17
So Yes, you can go to God with your questions. :)
He would be delighted to answer 'em.
I was on the phone with a buddy of mine an hour ago, and he was sharing how he was attacked in his mind with all the doubts and cursings against God.
We agreed on a action plan to submit to God and resist the Devil.
It's good to share your doubts and concerns with the body of Christ, people who are mature in their walk with Christ.
Fellowship in the body can also be a great source of encouragement in the battle against sin & satan.

I suggest talking more with God, just ask him questions, many times he has answer me, or guides me to the answers, or guides me to what questions to ask. Be open, and aspect a answer back, he does answer, but be open to all the ways. His presences intervene to me once and spoke in my head telepathically.
What I ascertain about religion is, you don't need to be in a religion to have a relationship with God.

By all means, go directly to the source and ask your questions and concerns. James 1:5 states that if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God who giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not. Jesus taught, seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be given and knock and it shall be opened unto you. Whatsoever thing you ask of God in the name of Christ, being right, it shall be given to you. What you need to do is to ponder and think out the problem in your mind. Come to some conclusion and then present that to the Lord in prayer, asking if your conclusion is right. If it is right, you will feel a peaceful, comforting warmth come into your heart and mind. If it is wrong, you will feel uncomfortable and confused about the issue and will forget that which is wrong. That is the signal for you to think it out again and to present a new conclusion in prayer.
If you want to learn about chemistry, you go to a chemist. If you want to learn about law, you go to a lawyer. If you want to learn about God, you go to God. Don't lean upon the arm of flesh or make the philosophies of men your source of truth. Lean upon the inspiration that comes from God and trust in His truth which surpasses all others.

If I could put faith into something imaginary and get results, sure. But that will never happen. You can wish, hope or do nothing and get the same results as prayer or asking a god for an answer.
