Over the past week I've been getting headaches in the evening. They aren't that bad but I lead a healthy lifestyle with a very healthy diet so I don't know why I'm getting them.

Can anyone tell me what's causing them?

Sometimes migraines are genetic or happen for no reason. If you are stressed out about something, that could be a factor. If you're not getting enough sleep, go to bed early and catch up on your sleep. Sometimes certain foods can cause headaches so if you've recently started eating new foods, they could be the source of the problem.

My headaches turned out to be caffeine from the coffee I was consuming. If this is the case for you then you have to cut down gradually, as this is a drug and sudden withdrawal can make matters worse.
It is important to drink plenty of water also.

Are you spending too much time in front of a tv or pc screen at nights recently? This can also cause this to happen, and if you are worried about something in particular this can also cause this, aswell as lack of sleep.
See how you go and if it doesnt get better, see your Dr.
