I keep having this dream where i never have shoes or underwear on and i start to panic in my dream?

what could this mean i also jump a lot and think im falling sometimes how could i stop this..... is it anxiety?

yes bascically you are anxious about some area of your life either work or socially i would guess. you are feeling vulnerable in that area and your sub concious is putting up big red warning flags, telling you about the problem.

the only way to stop the dream is to get out of the situation or find coping mechanisms within your life!

apparently when you dream your naked it's meant to mean that you have a lot of confidence, or that you would like to be confident.
