I know that chicken can get you tall, but what are some other foods that can get you tall.

P.S. I am 13, "5,4", is reaching for 5,6 really tall or it's better to be 5,4 going to eigth grade. Which height is better, don't want to get too tall?

There aren't any foods or supplements that will make you any taller than what your genes are coded for. Just make sure you eat healthy and get enough calcium and the like to ensure that you reach your maximum height while you're growing.

Getting tall by eating food. OK, I am sorry but being tall is genic. I am 5'11'' I have been that way since I was about 13. Boys did not get taller then me until I was about 16 to 18. But you have at least a good 5 years before you start getting tall. If you want to know how tall you are going to get look at the men in your family and find out the average height, you will be somewhere around there.

You don't want to get too tall? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! At 5'4 I really doubt that you'll get "too" tall. You're talking like you're going shopping for your new height or something. Like so many people before have already said, height is predetermined by genetics. It's a fact and theres nothing you can do about it. As long as you're not malnourished, no matter what you eat you'll be the height that you were predetermined to be. Don't believe me if you want but IT'S A FACT.

how tall you are is determined by your genetic heritage. NO food or supplement will make you any taller than you are intended to be. At 13, you still have 6 to 8 years of growing to do.

Your height is determined almost entirely by genetics - how tall your parents are. I hesitate to make light of your question; but my attempt at humor would be: create a diet based on fruit that grows only on really tall trees....haha.

Actually, good, balanced nutrition with adequate calcium and vitamin D intake will allow your body to grow to it's full potential. Only your genes will determine your height.

Growth hormone is used with children who are abnormally short (as compared with their families) and lacking in growth hormone. After growing stops, there is a bone lengthening procedure that can be done, but it's expensive and terribly painful.

there arent really that many foods that will make you grow tall, ive never heard of that at all. but if your 5'4 at 13, you still have about 9-10 years of growing to do, and your already a little above average, so i would just let nature take its course

5"6 is fine ( girls will love you man! )

1. drink one glass of milk a day
2. eat plenty of vegtables especially broccoli it has calcium
3. take a calcium vitamin
4. drink plenty of water ( atleast eight glasses but you can cheat every once in a while like if you only have six)
5. get lots of exercise go out and run just have fun when your exercising.

Do all of that and you will grow like crazy ( just kidding at a quick healthy rate!!! )

5'8" would be good. eat about 8 oz. of beef every other day. im 14 and 6'2" cause i ate a lot of beef (im already taller than my mom and as tall as my dad)
