My counsel for you is simple and straightforward: Just go ahead with what you've been given. You received Christ Jesus, the Master; now live him. You're deeply rooted in him. You're well constructed upon him. You know your way around the faith. Now do what you've been taught. School's out; quit studying the subject and start living it! And let your living spill over into thanksgiving.

Read the Bible from the position of a teacher rather than as a student. Understand that the Bible is living and active so it will examine you more that you will examine it. It is through reading the Bible that you "hear" God's voice.
As Rick Warren says in his book, "The Purpose Driven Church" people first join a congregation from the community. Then they are commissioned and then they become the core group that ministers in the community.
Fulfill the Great Commission and as you go through the world, teach others everything you have been taught. You will discover that most of the Biblical teaching and the work of Jesus was done outside the Temple.
At night, the people would bring Him people needing to be healed. These are interruptions or extensions of an already full day. If Jesus is to be our example and we are to follow the example of the good Samaritan, then having time to do God's work is the key to how much work (maturity) He can trust you with.

Focus on the fact that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience, instead of the other way around. You are growing spiritually all the time; just be aware of it.

Its not something you can speed up. If you try you will most likely stunt it.
Achieving spiritual knowledge and going further takes time and patience. If you don't have the patience to hold yourself to it, i would honestly say, don't even start, it could potentially waste a large portion of your life.

Remove the Bible from your mental hard drive and instead substitute a brain and some original thought.

It takes time, it takes experiences.... they are sometimes the hardest ways to learn, but it's the best teacher.
Being open, understanding, and not judgmental. Do what Jesus Christ would do. It would take a life time, and when you reach heaven, you will learn even more.

Just read the Bible 24/7.
This way you'll grow, but we'll not have to deal with you.

Everything in time. Take things slow and apreciate the world around you. Meditate as often as you can and get in touch with your inner being away from your ego. :)
