When I'm in the grocery store, I get really impatient when people are walking slowly in front of me, & I'm always feeling like I'm in a rush.

My friend tried breathing techniques. She got into meditation and yoga after (and is now an instructor!). But at first she would take "body breaths" or something so she wouldn't react impulsively you know, right away. She also had a HUGE anger problem and she read the Dali Lama's book on peace that helped too. Today she is herself, just herself, and no more impatience or rage. Yay Lynn!

You just gotta somehow calm yourself down or just go around them..no reason to get impatient if you can do something about the issue...I get impatient if someone is driving slow but I cant go around them....theres a difference

Just stop and ask yourself why you are being inpatient. Are you really in that much of a hurry that you can't wait for slower people?

When you ask yourself why, you usually find out that you don't need to be inpatient.

It also takes time and age to become less inpatient.

Meditation changed my outlook. I used to feel like that all the time.
