I feel a teeny, tiny bump on my finger that feels like a wart. Or is it just dead skin?

It is almost impossible to tell at the beginning whether it is a wart or dead skin. If it is a wart, wrap duct tape around it. Keep putting fresh duct tape on it all the time and it will eventually go away. It takes time but not any more time than the remedies you get in the drug store.

I laughed at Jexcama's answer, because it's similar to mine: Go to the library and get this book Practical Psychic Self-Defense: Understanding and Surviving Unseen Influences by Robert Bruce. The author claims that "blemishes" are evil, and can be eliminated by drawing certain shapes around them. Warts are a little more stubborn, so you may have to experiment with different inks and shapes. And be patient.
