I heard that it just came out not that long. I think it looks similiar to the f-22 that it hides its missles inside its bay or something.

It's the Comanche, but it was cancelled as the survivability was the same but cost more than the AHA-64-Apache-D and the AHA-64-Apache-D already had the same fire control system.

You're thinking of the RAH-66 Comanche. It was a prototype and was cancelled before it made it into production.
