A typical Jehovah's Witness would mention the day of his baptism, or perhaps the day of his dedication (which must precede a valid baptism).

Jehovah has truly blessed me with many happy days. However i would have to say that "one" of the happiest was when i was married. Jehovah blessed me with a wonderful husband who I am able to serve HIM with.
Although i'm only 23, I have wanted to be married for quite sometime. I prayed to Jehovah about this often and on May 3rd 2006 my prayers were answered. I hope we will serve Jehovah together all the way into the new world.

My happiest day serving Jehovah God has not yet come. With all my heart, I long for the day when His name will be sanctified and He will be vindicated. Every other blessing is just icing on the cake.
That will be the happiest day of my service to Jehovah: the day His name is cleared. If I can live to see that . . . oh my, how happy I will be.

I really enjoyed the no blood story, so encouraging.

I would have to say any Jehovah's witnesses best day is when they take that final stand and prove Satan wrong and dedicate there life to JEHOVAH, and serve him, Me and my husband did that together it was so wonderful, I'm so glad i didn't push my teacher away agine, she came quite a few times and i was so so rude to her, because of all the lies I've heard about the Jehovah's Witnesses, and there still out there to, but the last time she came it really hit my heart, and here i am now serving Jehovah. For me, it was the day I was baptized, July 21, 1979.
But there is another moment of great joy and happiness for me, it was on June 2, 2007 when my daughter symbolized her dedication threw water baptism.
She left the truth 12 years ago.
Her 7 year old daughter and I were very proud of her that day.
My granddaughter looks forward to the day when she can be baptized too.
I keep hoping my other daughter will start a study again, there is still time, and I will always keep it as mater of prayer and hope.

Honestly, I can't answer that question. They have *all* been supremely happy. Maybe the "happiest" day has yet to come?
I thank Jehovah for every day I have been privileged to spend in His service, and in following the Christ. There is no better way to live.

My Wife, and I are Unbaptized Publishers, so I guess it was the day my son was born, because on that day my wife was told she had to accept blood or she, and my son would die because she was low on platelets due to Hellps Syndrome, something that happens late in the last trimester of some pregnancies. Neither of us was a publisher at the time, and she said NO she was not going to accept blood regardless of the potential consequenses because the potential was not worth the actuality of disappointing Jehovah God (she had been studying with me for three months at that point). After three months of Study she was ready, and able to take a stand that many Baptized Witnesses could have trouble with when their, AND their unborn childs life was on the line. She had already refused the Rhogam shot months earlier because she was not sure that fractions of blood stop being Blood in God's eyes, her example has heartend me. And kept me strong in the face of crippling health difficulties.

Oh, I don't know - I guess any time I can have a part of making Proverbs 27:11 come true.
"Be wise, my son, and make my heart rejoice, that I may make a reply to him that is taunting me."
