talk to a doctor as soon as possible And find out if you can get any assistance in terms of prescriptions To slow down the effects of the drug withdrawals. .

Here is what I suggest to get you over the worst part of the withdrawals.

To help with the withdrawals take hot bathes with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and this will help pull out the drugs. Use a loofa to clean the pores and this will help pull the drugs out even faster.

I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day and 2c. a day of fresh carrot juice, to flush the medicine out of your liver. Taking 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice a day will help you to relax.

Drink chamomile tea throughout the day and evening to help you stay relaxed.

Use a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to pull the drugs out of your intestines where they store.

Two of the questionnaires in this forum did follow this program to withdraw from drugs and it did help. I've enclosed a link where you can read their response to this program.

If you have any further questions please let me know,

I am not a doctor, and I have no medical experience, but I am familiar with your situation. The following info is just my opinions and some tips I have found helpful. Here are some options you might consider:
Suboxone, a.k.a Buprenorphine - you can look online to find to find a Doctor in your area that is licensed to prescribe this medication. It is used to block brain receptors and stop opiate withdrawal symptoms. It can be expensive, but I feel it is a potential lifesaver for opiate dependency (even for pain management, in my opinion), and Oxycontin is pretty pricey itself, particularly w/o insurance coverage. I would strongly urge you to consider this option to see if it works for you before trying methadon therapy. AND if you ever take methadone, talk to your doctor before taking Suboxone, the combination of the two drugs will send you into instantaneous, horrible withdrawals.
Methadone - In my opinion, it can help if you take it responsibly and as directed. Also, it seems to be very effective for pain management and tends to be less expensive (usually $10-12 a day). I believe there are free clinics in some states, I think it depends on State laws, your financial status, etc.. I would consider my options carefully before making a choice, you may have heard the controversy surrounding Methadone and it's use. It can be VERY DANGEROUS, and LETHAL in the wrong hands, it is a POWERFUL medication! I would google Methadone Maintenance Therapy and consider the pros and cons of this option. A forum I have found extremely helpful and informative is "WE SPEAK METHADONE", type it into your search engine and you will find a link. I think it is a wonderful place to find advice and tips from people who can relate, but keep in mind that there are varying opinions. I have always found great information and advice there (it has a broad spectrum of info, not just stuff about methadone).
I wish you the very best of luck. I am going to try to send you my email address, I would be more than happy to try my best to help you. I sincerely hope this information helps.

Talk to your doctor, they sometimes get samples that they give out to help people without insurance. The withdrawls from the oxycontin should only last a couple days, but talk to your doctor about this also. Please make sure that the oxcontin is your last resort for the pain. This is a highly addictive drug and I have seen in ruin people's lives. I hope you get the help that you need.

You might want to visit a free clinic in your city and explain your situation. I don't know if they will give you any Oxy but they may give you something to help relive your withdrawal symptoms until you can get help from the state or something.

Well.... many confer with motorbikes (bikes) as Iron horses. I might have a tough time picking out among a speedy bike and a reside, speedy horse. Cars are too confining.

Go to E.R. - you should get medical assistance and not go cold turkey. Ask them at E.R. about low cost alternatives. Also look into Medicaid/Medicare. You might be eligible.
