What are you doing now for practice? Big, wide open parking lots like at shopping malls early in the morning are good to practice in. If the mall is always crowded then maybe there is a big church nearby where you could practice at other times of the day.
The lane lines can help you see if you are staying straight, just be careful about the concrete parking barriers, light poles and shopping cart corrals.
Stay focused when you drive. Little distractions, like watching someone walking by or looking at yourself in the mirror can be killers.
Review the basics and make sure you have them down before going on to more difficult manuevers.
Go early in the morning or late at night to avoid other cars. Just make sure someone is with you that is licensed to drive in case a cop stops you.

Do you know anyone that can put you on their insurance for a short period, and sit with you whilst you gain confidence?
My Dad did this with me, he taught me to drive and then I booked a course of 6 lessons prior to the test to smooth off the bad habits from Dad.
Mind you this was 45 years ago and I realise that the pressures of driving and test procedures have increased enormously since then, but I am still driving 20000 miles a year and the lessons I learned are indellibly printed on my brain.
Best tip I can give.Regard every other road user as a complete idiot, don`t believe he is going to do what you think he will do, and be prepared to take evasive action.
Good luck next time.

Well.... first look why you failed and pratice, pratice, pratice these manouevers until they're perfect. If it's nerves, then the next time you take your test tell the instructor causually "this is my 7th attempt so I hope the nerves won't get in the way again". My friend did this and she passed that time (8 attempts). Good luck with the next test. have a nice day!

Like "footyfan" says, how can anyone offer advice on improving your skills unless we know what your specific issues are?
Driving is not that difficult a skill. Driving WELL requires a bit more effort.
In general, the only advice I can give you is that driving is a full-time job when you are behind the wheel. NOTHING is more important than controlling the vehicle and avoiding collision. Not the stereo, not any conversation, not even navigation is as important as driving safely. (If you miss a turn, you can always go back.)

What do you fail on??? then practise on that, and tell your instructor so he/she can help in that area.
Because you had so many attemps you feel so nervous leading to the test being so hard for you.
relax man...
