Kids will usually play the 'I have a tummy ache' card when they don't want to do something... like going to bed...
Something else to consider is what is she eating or drinking before bedtime, milk for example could make her gassy. I doubt that its parasites but the pediatrician has to make that call.

Yes it could be parasites, however if that was the case I think her stomach would be hurting around the clock and all day not just when she has to turn off the lights and go to bed!
I think shes using this stomach ache thing to get mommy to keep the tv on, or read more stories, or cuddle with her, or just let her stay up all together. I know my daughter uses that all the time and once I turn the TV back on her stomach ache is all gone

If it were parasites, I doubt the stomach aches would be limited to bedtime. Could she be stressed about something? Bedtime (a quiet time, getting ready for the next day) and she's feeling anxious about something (like daycare, a babysitter, whatever?) could be the cause. Something to think about, anyway.

It Could Be Parsite yes, But taht would make her stomache hurt all da wouldn't it? And Not just at night time.
I Think she just doesn't want to miss out on anything and a stomach ache means she getsto stay up a little later.

It could be possible she's scared to sleep alone?? Or she wants to go t BM? It usually some kids want to do it before they sleep... my niece used to do like that. After she finished pooping she used to feel better!
