Too me it doesn't matter what kind of call it may be, once you get a call from your ex (when he is drunk or sober) it means the person is still thinking about you. Though if the person is drunk that may mean for something more because sometimes when you are drunk you may do things that you think about subconsciously but wouldn't normally do on a clear head.

It depends on whether he got drunk in order to muster the courage to call, or he thought it was a good idea to call while already drunk. Either way though, he still has feelings for you.

It depends on the conversation....was he looking to get some or did he have a shot of courage and let you know that he still loves you.
I still get those calls from my highschool sweetie.....mind you the relationship exhausted 16 years ago. I don't know what he wants. Some say he never let me go...I'm the one that got away.
I'd say he was drunk and either feeling a lil fresh or he got drunk and realized he misses you.
Ask him when he's sober.

Your ex calls you when they're drunk. Usually trying to get back with you or threatening you in some way.

Usually it means an "ex" gets drunk and calls crying that you shouldn't have broken up and what were they thinking etc. etc.

I guess it is according to what he is saying to you . But I've always been told that a drunk man says and does what a sober man thinks. that's why they call liquor liquid courage

it means wether he admits it or not he is still thinking about you. maybe not romatically, but you are still on his mind. Drunk people always have a wierd way of telling or showing the truth because theyd ont have their guard up. People feel linvincible when they are intoxicated.

that he could not score at the bar so he needs a booty call. i bet this is not the first time he has called you after a long night out. tell him thanks but no thanks that you been there done that. you are exs for a reason.remember that the next time you get that 2am call.

So if he was drinking and called you, you must still be on his mind and in his heart.
