Me and my bf been going out for exactly a week and when I call him we just sit the on the phone saying nothing, and i want to know what to talk about. we are not in a serious relationship! and we haven't kissed yet.

Don't be in a rush to label the relationship "serious" or "non-serious". Just enjoy it as it happens.
Talk about anything and everything--at the very least, how your day's going.
Oh, and that kiss will happen when the moment is right. ;)

easy. talk about not-so-serious things in a not-so-serious relationship, or do that in any kind of relationship once in a while for that matter.

This isn't rocket science!
Ask him what kind of car he likes, what sports teams etc. Ask questions and then let him answer and then ask another question about what he said..

play the question game. take turns asking random questions that u have to answer. it can lead into good coversation.
