i need a better program similar to what like google earth does.if you do know it would be helpful.ty.

love this here! nothing to install and works purfect! try local.live.com! if not it try the 2 words in there reversed "live.local.com" sometimes i get them backwards!

Are you talking about the server or client for Google Earth? Are you looking for free or commercial applications?
Commercial client application:
ESRI ArcMap Desktop
ESRI ArcMap Explorer - Free client from ESRI
Commercial server application:
ESRI ArcGIS Server (for vector features - WMS, KML, and mobile feeds)
ESRI ArcGIS Image Server (for "globe" services)
IONIC (now owned by Leica Systems) RedSpider - They were doing WFS and WFS-T feeds but may also have KML feeds now.
For free apps, take a look at GeoTools and see what they have.
You may also want to look at OpenLayers.org, kaMap.org, and University of Michigan for server based offerings.

I am not sure, but I do know you can pay for the Google Earth premium service, which gives you access to extra features and more detailed maps, pictures, images, etc. so that might be better for you- if you don not mind paying that is. Cheers!
