buy a special pencil in a drugstore for whitening pigmant spots or a cream for whitening skin. you can also try whitening masks against pigment spots, I like Dizao masks, they are not expensive and are whitening your skin very gently. Treat you scars in the same way as pigment spots. use a pencil for very bright ones
