We will be at the hospital most of the afternoon tomorrow waiting on a new baby brother to be born. I'm in charge of entertaining my daughter and niece. What are some activities that might keep two toddler girls entertained for a couple of hours?

Coloring books, crayons, bubbles, puzzles, books, cars, dolls, baby doll brush, clothes, ponies. Good Luck!!

If I understood your question correctly, you will be at the hospital with the two year olds?
I would bring snacks, books, coloring materials, and plan on going for walks. Check out the layout of the hospital--some have estuaries or other interesting things for little ones. If there is a nursing home attached, visit those lonely elderly folks. Good Luck!

Maybe some little plastic dishes and plastic food for a tea party in the waiting room?
I would plan on walking them around quite a bit and maybe going by the gift shop.

Wow! How about finger painting???
Any kind of painting 2 year olds LOVE.
You can also bake cookies and have them do the decorating.
I have pictures of our kids doing both of these things at two!
Playdough is nice but the others are more fun. You can even make edible finger paint just in case...

my little sister is 2 and she loves bubbles, coloring(not always a good idea tho), baby dolls(maybe bring a baby stroller for them a baby doll and walk around for a little bit), you could bring a personal DVD player(finding nemo is a big hit). also bring some candy or vending machine $ for bribing them to be quiet and good. good luck:)

Put them in a cage and have them fight to the death.
If its taking to long, then bring in weapons, but make sure they have the same weapon to make it fair.
