Back when I was in the Navy, most gays went skiing off the fan tail with out a rope when they were discovered.
(Not really, but that was the threat.) I've never been gay so I never knew if I ran into any gay guys while I was in the Navy. But, if you are looking for someone who is gay, I'm sure you can find some in the Navy, Army, Air Force or Marines.

Stereotype. My husband has been in the Navy for almost 20 years and 95% of the people are straight.

and personally i dont think anyone should diss the navy
if we were at war with another (stable) country..who would fight the war at sea? the army???
also, it takes ALOT of guts to be a pilot...flying at mach 3 isnt so easy..
plus to all you marines out there, id shut up and stop insulting the navy if i were you...although i have the most respect for marines....the navy MADE the marine corps lol..so without the navy u guys wouldnt even be here and probably be army material

That is a stupid question!
I have been in the Navy/Naval Reserve for twenty years and never seen a homosexual in uniform.
Don't believe those stereotypes, like the Navy never deploys.
I have been deployed to the Middle East twice and every ship in the 3rd and 7th Fleets have been deployed to the Persian Gulf for over thirty years.

15 yrs in, Funny you ask a question of this stature. Haven't you figured it out yet there are gays everywher. Army, Air Force, Marines, Civilians.
Its the yr 2000 no need to be naive they are hiding every where in society.

for my area the worst one that I honestly have ever heard: OMG is it contagious?? Will I capture it?? Will I be gay through fact I talked, touched or spoke with a gay individual?? Come on people awaken and connect the recent millenium
