I want to have a picture with two MEs, how do i do that on my computer?

Use PhotoShop or GIMP and have two layers each with an image of you. You will probably need to do some blending.

ME's? I don't know what you mean, but if you need a duplicate of your picture, then right click on it, copy, paste in the same folder, then right click on your copy, rename and your picture is duplicated with two different names.
Sure, you can buy Photo shop, Paint Shop Pro or another paint program, but if you need the same image double, with another name, then the way above is the simple one.
