sounds like you have sunstroke. you may feel dizzy and sick along with the headache. Take some painkillers and go to bed, you will feel better in the morning.
You wont get a tan on your face if you continue in the sun with a burnt face it will just get redder and redder.
make sure you use plenty of after sun or a good moisturiser to protect your skin presently and to also stop it peeling from being burnt.
If you ar itching take a piriton.
next time your out in the sun wear a hat it stops you getting sun stroke and I know as I get it so easily.
and of course the suncream too stop you getting cancer as you can still get a tan.

Well, Good news sunburn, always turns into tan!
After about a week or two, so you don't even have to do anything, it naturally turns to tan.
Unfortunately, once you’ve been sunburned – much like any other type of burn, all you can do is baby your skin and wait for it to heal. Fortunately, there are lots of ways to relieve the pain. It’s important to stay out of the sun until your burn has healed as you can make it much worse! Refer to the previous section for tips on protecting yourself from worsened burns.
* Reach for a product that contains lidocaine – Lidocaine is an anesthetic that will dull the pain.
* iceCooled whole, plain yogurt applied topically can help soothe sunburned skin.Sunburn pain can also be eased through the use of over-the-counter analgesics such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Follow the usage instructions printed on the bottle.
* Use a washcloth soaked in cool milk to gently dab the sunburned areas periodically.
* Cold compresses and cool baths will help temporarily ease the pain – but it will likely return soon after the skin warms back up.

Ok, you need to drink lots and lots of water. Dont dehydrate youself. Then put a cool compression on your face, and sleep. Motrin helps as well. Also, you should/must put aloe vera cream, or the plant itself on your face for a safe healing process. The tan will come when the sunburn fades

First of all take some Advil or Tylenol. This will help with the pain and headache.
Rub some aloe on your face and use a good moisturizer. It might turn tan if you are lucky. If not it will just peel.
Make sure you use lots of moisturizer!
Good Luck- I know that hurts

Take two aspirin, it will help relieve the pain for both the sunburn and the headache. The sunburn will turn to tan, but you need to put lotion on it so that it doesn't peel.

Go to the store and buy a thing for sunburn called "Ocean Potion". It is blue and sometimes white. It will leave you with a tan, and has pain reliever in it.

aloe vera, pure from a whole foods type market or even better fresh from the garden, apply heavy and often and you will be amazed at it's healing abilities. For your headache, lie down in a dim quiet room and place a cold wet (not dripping mind you) washcloth over your forehead and closed eyes.

vinegar will take the fire out of the burn. It doesn' smell nice going on, but it doesn't last long. I would take an tylenol for the headache, you are dehydrated, and obviously need more liquids, drink lots and lots of water. oh and you can use oil of olay on your face to keep it from drying out further.
Been there done that!
