you probably looked like a pettifile to her mom. There's no way you can regain your trust. Why do you men have to be so sexually perverted huh?! LEAVE WOMEN ALONE IF YOU CAN"T CONTROL YOURSELF!

My mom was bad about answering messages that were meant for me when I was a kid. She believed that she was entitled to impersonate me at any time because I am her daughter and I was using her computer.
Anyway, I think you should go talk to her mother and apologize. Be prepared to answer uncomfortable questions and promise not to talk like that again. In the future, just assume that the messages might be read by someone else (unless of course they live alone or something).

I hate to be the one to answer in an unfavorable way, but I understand where your friend's mom was coming from. If a girl IM'd my son saying that and I was the one sitting at the computer, I wouldn't look favorably on it.
Bear in mind that parents aren't the monsters that you think we are. We're looking out for our kid's best interests. In today's world, kids are having sex much too young and don't realize the ramifications of their actions. Even though you were simply making a joke, to a mother... she's going to look at it differently.
Give her some time. Hopefully she'll cool down over time. I wouldn't prevent my son from IM'ing the girl anymore (in your case it's vice-versa) but I would be leery of her. Sorry to give an unpopular answer.

If you really like this girl, go take her mom some flowers or something and apologize in person. Let her see that you are a respectable person. Because even if you continue to talk to the girl, leaving her mother feeling the way she does will continue to cause problems.

What should you do? Show better sense when you im people. Her mom did not find it funny. Before you do something like that again, make sure the person you intend to get the message is actually going to get it.

If the parent says to avoid their child, you avoid their child. You have been warned, and if you continue to ignore the warning it can be deemed harassment and you may be served with a restraining order.
Take the high road and show you're capable of being responsible.

that's no joke to a mom. the idea that you even thought it was a joke is enough to put her off. better back off for a while.

Serves you right for sending dirty messages. Her mom has a right to be mad.
