I am 15, 5'0 and have a small build. I currently weigh 127 pounds. I would LOVE to weigh 115, well actually I would love to weigh 110 but lets start out easy haha! Since January 1st, I have lost a total of 40 pounds, but now with school starting again I would LOVE to lose the final 12 plans. I currently do Dance Dance Revolution EVERYDAY for 5 miles (it calculates how many miles you jog doing it) and I am starting to do 100 crunches and 25 push ups again (I stopped for a while because I got lazy during the summer - who doesn't! haha!) But anyways, does anyone have any GOOD diet plans? I am going to start making myself eat less carbs (I currently have been eating a lot, and I am going to make myself drink 8 glasses of water everyday) But is there anythign else I can do? Please help! Don't tell me I'm not overweight like some have done in the past..I know I am...I am also short so its worse! But please help! Any help is wanted! 10 points for the best answer! :) Thanks a lot in advance!
