please tell me some good ones and i'll like if you tell me how.

**don't say that "i should of got a dog" or "why are you teaching a cat like a dog" or anything like that.

I think it's great that you are teaching your cat tricks. It means that you are spending quality time with your cat and bonding together. Almost any trick a dog can do a cat can do as well. It's just that cats usually take a lot longer to teach as they aren't as motivated as dogs are. I would go to the library and take out some dog training books and see what they have to offer in the way of tricks. There is also a book called Dog Tricks for Dummies. You might want to check it out, I'm sure there are some tricks in there that you can teach your cat.

Have fun!!

To play in the street!

No really, just kidding.

One of the coolest things I taught a couple of indoor cats I used to own was to stay on the porch. I love to Bar-B-Q and in the spring and fall I like to keep the windows and back door open. I actually trained them to stay on the back porch and not step out onto the grass. When we were ready to go in I would clap my hands twice and they would both run back into the house. They were really cool cats (and I am a dog kind of man).

It's amazing that you taught a cat to do tricks, I can't get mine to do anything! You could try something like telling her to go get a drink of water, that would be useful if you were ever worried about her hydration in the hot summer months.

i knew someone that would use a poker chip and the cat would fetch the chip...for some reason the cat prefered the blue chips the best...

it was really cute to see the cat scamper off and bring it back with the chip hangin out of her mouth...how they taught the cat is unknown...

my dog fetches and i did nothing to train her, it was just something she enjoyed doing.....i suggest finding something that your cat likes alot and see if she will run after it...good luck and have lots of fun training your kitty.....cats are super smart and are trainable, with the right trainer....high fives to you and a star for your effort

Teach your cat how to fetch. Mine used to but I think he forgot how to do it.
