hey art! you are one hateful little troll.

you prove my theory that Christianity is a false faith. I hope your fellow Christians are ashamed of you, too. If they aren't, they should be.

My goodness, you say that, and yet this is the answer you give another poster? This doesn't look good for you. I'm not foolish enough to assume that all people who dislike Christianity are this openly biased, but its a good lesson for all of us about how far someone can tilt:

I'll take less Christianity please.

It would be nice to live in a country where being a good, honest. trustworthy, upright citizen is more important than what flavor of Christian one is.

I think our founding fathers knew what they wanted when they did not base the Constitution on Christian biblical law, or any one religious law for that matter.

Being a secular nation with equal rights for all would help America.

Agree! Any fear based religion which claims to be the only truth path, and claims that all non-believers will suffer some flavor of eternal punishment, no matter how good and moral they are as people....is a harmful institution. Also, most Right Wing Christians have a convoluted idea of what is moral and what isn't! *sm*

If people would go and live by the word, everybody would get along better.

But no, people have to question everything and test eachothers' limitations and then you have conflicts and wars and stuff!

Get over yourself already.

BTW: I have degrees in Mechanical Engineering M.S. and degrees in Automation and CNC Technology.

My point is that degrees don't matter here - your credentials are about as useful as mine here, at least in how you use them.

The Holy Bible..the only e book we are to stay via..Christians who're actual Christians do their very in basic terms right interior the potential of Jesus to maintain the words of this e book close to to Our heart. some fail extraordinarily and a few are no longer even Christians yet tares interior the Church. in case you're without sin..permit you caste the 1st stone. regrettably we forged stones yet God shall we us understand as quickly as we do and maximum human beings repent that have a Love relationship With the author of the worldwide....Jesus Christ..... attempt to no longer be too harsh on us..This sinful Nature of Ours is a actual bummer and it takes a existence time to do away with sins we cherish yet we are engaged on it and we can't supply up..we can conquer on the top!.bypass and Sin not greater.

Religion in general needs to loosen up a little in this whole world in my opinion.

It was an effective form of explaining how the world works to keep the people from plunging into chaos centuries ago, but now that we're pretty established in other areas it's become less and less necessary...

The only thing that we really need out of religion are simple moral standards such as "Be nice and respectful to other people" and "Stealing is bad"

"More" Christianity will not change God's will for the United States. That was written in stone before the foundation of the world.

"More" is an incorrect usage...

What Christians believe is that "all" of the Elect need to be found before the second coming will occur.

Once the last of the Elect is regenerated, then the rapture occurs, and it is straight freewill from there on out, to make the choice of whether or not to believe.

I disagree, but with reservations. My Mom is what a Christian is supposed to be. She has some old fashioned ideas about premarital sex and gays and such, but she doesn't try to force anyone else to do what she thinks is right. That is all to the good. But the kind of Christianity we usually see is the "Do as I say or burn in Hades!" type. That is not at all good. I think most Christians are good, honest, honorable folks, it is just the outspoken idiots that give them all a bad name. If there were more "I will live as Christianity says is right, and I will tell you if I think you are doing wrong, but let you make your own choices." types around, I think we would be better off.

Christianity was mean for the salvation of the whole world, not just in America.

Not necessarily less, but less LEGISLATED Christianity. Less Christian interference into the lives of non-Christians. I have no desire to quash their right to the free exercize of their religion.... but I don't want to be quashed either!

edit to art:

1. Your Christian founders outlawed legislation of the first three commandments in the Contitution. Another 4 have never been illegal in 225 years of "Christian"-based legislation.

2. Here is a partial list of inventions from Muslims:
Parachute (9th century)
Rocket (17th century)
Pinhole camera (10th century)
Thermometer (11th century)
Soap (8th century)
Coffee (9th century)
Crankshaft (13th century)

So get over yourself. We real Americans would prefer it if YOU moved elsewhere.
