I'm not clueless; I know who Jesus is, was, who he said he was, who we say he is, etc.

But I still want to know what you think.

Who is Jesus?

If you have an answer, be it one of faith, doubt, reason, whatever, BACK IT UP with whatever has led you to that conviction.

Hi! I think...Jesus was a man full of self-belief. He was partially insane, and in a time when the people of the world were not THAT intelligent on a whole, they thrived on this new type of man...a man who taught something that sounded exciting, lovely, beautiful! Because in their world their wasn't too much of that around them, and they wanted more! So they fed on his belief, and it spread like a growing disease! This made him even more self-assured. It was like a HUGE cult, the biggest history has ever seen! But really, Jesus actually truly believed in his wild thoughts...and was EVEN willing to die for them?! (Yeah, that's where the insane part comes in) He was a good man if you like, but kind of the first hippie. You know, all that, meaningful silences, every word I speak is gospel kind of thing. But in the end, he made people happy! Some guys loved him so much, he was their IDOL, they wrote stories about him which were really disillusioned. Look at the world now! This man, Jesus, came at an opportune time in history....the time when people hadn't heard anything like him before....so they listened.

If he existed I think he was just a guy that had a non-violent message to pass around. The "son of god" part was made up by man.

the ONLY 'begotten' son of Almighty God, Jehovah.
(John 5:19) Therefore, in answer, Jesus went on to say to them: “Most truly I say to YOU, The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever things that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner.

(Exodus 6:2-3) And God went on to speak to Moses and to say to him: “I am Jehovah. 3 And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.

(John 14:6) Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

All these scripture separate Jesus from his Father.

So Jesus himself cannot be Almighty God.
