Its not necessarily rude just a little awkward. Because he wasn't really invited. Since it is all over now it shouldnt be a problem because its not like he took your purse or anything. But in a way it was sorta rude

not only is he rude, but he's presuming you CAN'T get the answers just because you haven't filled it in yet.
If it was a family member or friend taking your crossword it would be okay, but he's a complete stranger and should mind his own business.
Maybe it was his way of hitting on you.

he is presumptuous
yet if he did a past crossword it wasnt as bad as doing what u hadnt finished
and he needs to get the pre out of his assume=and its time for help from above -read Romans 1 to be thankfull and share the gospel and worship the creator instead of the created-this helped me alot=
the ultimate answer is still the same, its about the one that still loves us unconditionally=
and look up for help from above=In Jesus amazing grace John 3 repented and asked Jesus in my heart to forgive sins and be my friend, amen"
Revelation 3:19&20 as he asks-for the more abundant life=John 10
best wishes and prayer for you my friend

It does seem a little rude, but like others said, he may have not been able to resist or was looking for a way to continue a conversation with you cause he likes you.

Well, I guess you could see it as rude. But I think it's more on the funny. He just couldn't resist.
Maybe he just wanted to get into conversation with you because he thought you were cute.

Well, I guess I would have been peeved that he had touched my things. Although, someone did mention that he may have wanted a conversation starter because he wanted to talk with you? But he could have done it in a different way.

That does seem out of line - but like you said he was quite embaressed. In a way, it could have been a good conversation starter; that being said, I would have been pissed off ;)

It was kind of rude of him to do that. Obviously he knew that since he was embarrassed. It's not a big deal though.

I don't think it was rude but I think he's weird. You asked him to watch it for you not do them himself. If that happened to me I would of moved seats.
