Budgies with blue cresse are boys, the girls has flesh colored ones. It 's a 99.9% chance that it's a boy.

Congrats!

Some people will say that blue is always boy. But PALE blue can go either way. I had one that had a pale blue cere, I was pretty sure it was a boy (didn't see any white around the actual nasal holes), so I put it in the "boy" side of my breeder cage (I try to keep the girls and boys apart so I don't have too many budgies). Well, long story short, I noticed the one I was SURE was a boy was courting his cagemate. Took another look, and sure enough, the cere on my supposed "boy" has now gone brown and crusty looking. So we're going to move her to the "girl" side tonight and pray we don't already have a clutch of eggs coming!

Girls have either white or pale tan and boys have blue or purple. I guarantee that you have a boy!!
