i think its personal choice you have to look at different needs do you drive if not you need something easy to get on and off buses with if you drive then you want a light weight one that you can lift in and out of the boot easy and probably has a car seat unless you want one that lies totally flat likea pram you also have to look at the cost of the pram and the storage in your house how much room you have and most of all check the height of the handle as you don't want one to low as you will have a bad back as you will stoop over when you push it.

I had a Bebecar Grand Style pram as I wanted one that was nice and spacious and was great for walking. Looks quite traditional but really is the Rolls Royce of prams. My daughter was extremely content baby and we put alot of it down to the fact that she was so comfortable in her pram. However, it was not so good for putting in the car so when she was around 3 months old, I had an additonal Mamas and Papas Pliko pushchair. That was fantastic and much easier to whizz around with but I wouldn't give up my Bebecar-she even slept in it when we went away, it was just like a crib on wheels. I suppose alot of your decision depends on whether or not you will do alot of walking, driving with baby in the car and so on but I would recommend either of the ones that I had but for pure luxury, the Bebecar wins hands down!

I have a mamas and papas pliko pramette, it's lovely and lays flat facing you for newborns and changes into a forward facing pushchair for later, my eldest daughter is 4 and can still ride in the pushchair if she gets tired so I think it'll last a long time.

I have a Graco mosaic and really like it - it was cheap, it's light, fits in the boot, comes with a car seat and it's easy to clean. The material that lines the car seat doesn't initially look as cosy as some of the other car seats out there, but the baby gets much less sweaty in it than he would in another car seat.

think of it this way would you like to sleep lieing down or sitting up for the first 6months or more of your life infact would you like to sleep sitting up full stop? i dont aggree with travel systems yes they are great for quickness but thats about it
if you baby is sleeping in the car seat carry the seat to where you need to go but if your going shopping take the pram let the baby be comfortable lieing down
i have a babystyle pram by baby always slept on her back or side her little spine was nice and straight and not curver or bent in any way due to living in a car seat

If you mean stollers, Graco makes many. In low and high price ranges. Especially for the 1st few months, you might want a combo that has a carrier that attatches to the stroller. Quick and safe.

I like the Graco range - start with one that includes a baby car seat! And make sure the buggy lies totally flat. And fits in your car boot!!
