Is there an agency, somewhere, that supplies lazy, egotistical, over-priced, lying, "free take-a-way" eating, opportunistic, selfish fat people?

I think this is the case where firearms officers were on route to a firearms call when someone approached them saying their husband has collapsed and died... they left the scene to deal with the firearms incident but didnt contact the control room to let them know about it... whilst dealing with the firearms incident the earlier incident slipped their minds so no one attended until the next day when he person phoned re this.
