Well for a start I wonder whether she would have come back to you of her own accord - you need to know whether she's just done it because the other guy has ditched her and she's not too happy to find herself on her own. Personally I would have deep reservations about taking her back given the circumstances.
If you do decide to give her another chance then why do you have to marry her? If you take her back then take it slowly, she needs to prove to you that this time around she is worth trusting and being in a relationship with. I wouldn't even think about getting in too deep until she did.

Well personally there are VERY few women that I would trust, but you must do what You want. You could always give it another try, but don't rush into marriage till you are sure.
