Is there anywhere to sleep on the beach all night long and have a bonfire?

In NY or CT or NJ? Anywhere? There are so many state parks that forbid this, perhaps somewhere on the Jersey shore?

On Long Island and NYC beach bonfires are against the law. If you purchase a night fishing permit for $15 at the Jones Beach administration building, you could sleep on the beach at night. But no bonfire.
