Pudding Pie
3.4 oz. box of jello instant pudding mix
8 oz. tub cool whip (thawed)
1 cup of milk
1 graham cracker crust

Combine pudding mix and milk. Mix well. Blend in half of the tub of cool whip, mixing well. Spoon mixture into crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving, spoon remaining cool whip over pie. If desired, top with candy sprinkles.
Tastes great and easy to make.
I think it's wonderful that a girl your age is learning to cook. Nowadays, most women don't know how to cook, or don't want to cook.
A really great magazine to learn to cook and bake from, is "Taste Of Home". The recipes are very easy to understand and most of the ingredients your mother probably has right there at home. You can also go on their website at www.tasteofhome.com
I hope you enjoy the recipe and happy cooking!

This is super easy and super good.

Pistachio Pie

1 Keebler graham crust
1 can (about 15 oz.) crushed pineapple, slightly drained
1 container Cool Whip
1 package of pistachio pudding mix

Combine the pineapple and pudding mix. Let it stand for 10 minutes (it'll turn green, that's OK). Fold in the Cool Whip, then put that in the crust. Refrigerate for 4+ hours.

It's cool and light and fluffy for summer, and no need for an oven in the summer!

Heres an easy one.

Things you will need.

strawberries, bread, 3 soda cans and 3 empty cans ( like empty corn cans)

To Do

1. Clean, cut your strawberries into a bowl
2. Sprinkle a little sugar over the strawberries and set
them aside in the refridge for 1 hour.
3. Take 3 cans of veggies and open, empty the veggies
into a container and put it in the fridge. Wash the cans and
remove the labels.
4. Open a loaf of bread and cut circles out of each piece with
your clean can.
5. Butter your bread circles on one side. You should be able
to get 15 or more circles
6. Put your open cans onto a cookie sheet or large plate
7. Put 1 circle with the butter side up inside the can
8. Put one spoonful of your strawberry inside the can on the
buttered bread.
9. Put another buttered bread circle on top of strawberries
10. Add another strawberry dollop
11. Add another buttered bread
12. Repeat in all 3 cans till you have built up layers of bread
and strawberries ending with a bread covering.
13. When you have finished layering your dessert with a bread top, put a full UNOPENED can of soda into your dessert can. The weight of the soda can will push the bread and strawberries down. Put in the fridge
14. Leave everything for 2 hours but check it cause the strawberry juices might ooze out the bottom. Just wipe the juices that are leaking from the cookie sheet so it doesnt mess up moms fridge.

When ready to serve, just carefully at the same time, press down on the soda can and lift the veggie can. When your strawberry dessert clears the veggie can, take off the soda can.
You can then put cool whip on top or ice cream

Good Luck

This yummy dessert is VERY easy to make!

Ice cream sandwich pie:
Just cover the bottom of a casserole dish or cake pan with store-bought ice cream sandwiches. (Cut them to fill in spaces if need be.) Then spread whipped cream over the top and you can go wild with whatever you want to put on top -- candy pieces, caramel, fudge, peanut butter, etc. Freeze for at least an hour before serving.

Refridgerate until cool

ICING:

1 8oz tub of coolwhip
1 20oz can of crushed pineapple
1 package vanilla instant pudding

Mix well with spoon, when cake is cool to touch, put on cake.

It's called Fruit Pizza. It is very easy. You can buy the choc. chip cookie mix at the store and make one big giant cookie on a pizza pan by following the instructions on the package. After it cools you mix one tub of cool whip with one container of strawberry yogurt and spread that on top. To finish you cut up all different kinds of fruit and arrange however you want on top. I like to use strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, grapes, and madarin oranges. Good luck, you will love it!!!
