Emeril Lagasse's ESSENCE
you can buy it in the specialty area of the supermarket... it is pretty expensive like $5.00 a container.... or make your own
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp tyme
mix together sprinkle on your pie for a wikkid creole (spicy) taste
