two men are found guilty of crimes and sentenced by the same judge. the first person is convicted of multiple counts of murder, rape, and assault with a deadly weapon. the second person is found guilty of jaywalking. now before their sentences are given, the judge asks each person if they accept him as their only judge in life. the first man says yes and he is given a sentence of only a few hours of community service, otherwise he's free to go. the second man says no and is sentenced to the maximum penalty the state will allow for jaywalking. is this fair?

I would agree with the second man, he may be a judge here on earth but he is not the final judge and I would let him know it to, of course I may not last the rest of that day either, specailly after speaking my mind to him.

More unfair would be the fact that the maximum penalty for jaywalking would be the same as the maximum penalty for murder, which is what the Abrahamic "judge" does, or at least what his followers claim he does.

No.

As an Earthly judge, this person would not be protecting society as he should.

But as Almighty God, Divine Love, King, Creator of the Universe, and Author of the Eternal Moral Law, I would not be surprised or angry over the display of such mercy.

Possibly I would be granted a bit of that divine mercy when my case came before the court.

With love in Christ.

If it's an ancient book that says so, then it is FAIR.
