You will have diarrhea after cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal). You no longer store up bile acids to help you digest fats, so you get a two-fold hit:
1) bile acids themselves can cause diarrhea, and now you are continuously draining bile acids from your liver into your intestine - no brakes.
2) bile acids are necessary for fat digestion. If you have a fatty meal, you may notice you have worse symptoms, accompanied by bad smells. To reduce this problem, eat less fat with each meal.
Your doctor is right in that you will adapt. However, it may take longer to normalize, and you may never get 100% back to your baseline. It can take 6 months or more. You can just grin and bear it, or ask your doctor for some bile acid binding resin (Questran, WelChol, Colestipol, etc.) to help keep the bile acids from causing secretory diarrhea. And avoid fats.

I was going to ask you if you have had your gallbladder removed because since I have had mine removed I have diarrhea a lot and it is sudden (at the most inoppurtune times). See if there is a pattern to what you eat that sets it off like high fat or greasy foods. I know one thing that sets mine off is a fountain soda. Not canned or bottled but from the fountain. Not sure if it is the syrup or what that makes me do that, but I can pretty much count on having the runs after (and pretty soon after) a fountain drink. Good luck. Yours sounds very much like IBS. Have you seen a gastroenterologist?

"iv tried him on all dint varieties of nutrition beginning from puppie biscuit to moist nutrition to grownup biscuit and moist nutrition in all distinctive manufacturers.." that is including to any problem your canine could have. changing eating ordinary could reason this problem, or only make it worse. My canine had the comparable problem when I first have been given him, he became disillusioned he only left his brothers and sisters, substitute of eating ordinary to speedy, and on suitable of that he ate some cotton out of a crammed toy I had gotten him. The cotton did not seem on x-rays yet they observed a construction up of gas in areas there frequently isn't, so they placed him on a particular nutrition which made his stool extra sturdy. After a week he handed the cotton in his stool (that's how we found out what became inflicting the blockage). He had gas for alittle after, yet now he's on a set nutrition (with little fat and fish oils) and the gas and diarrhoea have long previous away.

Schedule an appointment with your primary care doctor. Sit down and speak candidly about this and tell your doctor exactly what you've said here. There's more to IBS than diarrhea. Let your doctor be the one to diagnose you.

tape worm?? Diarrhea is a symptom of that, but there are usually other symptoms like lack of appetite, nausea, and tiredness.
you should tell your doc that your symptoms worsened after the gall bladder surgery.
I replied to your message, but wanted to add my response here in case someone else refers to this question.
There is also the possibility of food allergies or sensitivities. Using the BRAT diet can help calm your bowels, and you can slowly add other foods back into your diet to determine which ones start trouble.

could be as simple as irritable bowel syndrome however, i would suspect no one on this computer can diagnose you. therefore, you need to sit with your doc and let him know all of your symptoms and dont hold out either.
