At this point in my life I have already given a great deal to my kids and left enough for me survive till I die...but if there is anything left over then it will be split between my three kids equally...I gave it to them when they finished school so that they could build a good life for themselves and have a much easier life than I had...
So you could say they got from my living will...

This doesn't make sense. You first have to write your will before you die. Why would you write it as anybody else?

take whatever stuff you want and throw away the rest of it. do not forget to get a gigantic dumpster because there is alot of junk.
