There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life.

It is better to eat differently. See site below and learn why meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. Also salt has no calories but makes you fat. Cure your weight problem and be thin for life.

well, it depend on what type of plan and what results you are looking for. first, stop eating junky, fattening food and eliminate eating when you are not hungry or leftovers(toddeler's pj sandwich crust etc...) and try replacing drinks with 8 cups of water to help your system. this will also help you eat less because water will make you more full. also eat lots of proteins, remember proportion sizes, watch carbs ans sat. fats and EXERCISE(cardio, atleast 1.5 hours of hard cardio/yoga/powerwalking)!!!!!!!!!!! also eat lots of proteins, fresh fruit and veggies and remember not to sneak food because that is only going to hurt you in the end. well, good luck and hope this works

i have lost 50 plus pounds. I still eat all the junk i want, but i just eat a lot slower. I eat basically all day long though. It really works.
