Before you go to bed the night before, the bottle or cup that you will be taking with you, put them in the fridge the night before. Let them get really cold. Don't take them out until you are ready to leave the house. The discount stores usually sells the little plastic freezer pack to put in your bag with the bottles or cups to keep things cold. They don't cost much at all. She need at least two to three cups of milk per day. Give her one cup in the morning. Give her another at mid day but not necessary. Give her another before going to bed. When you go to other peoples house ask can you put the bottles in the fridge, if not, try to have the freezer pack instead. Let me know if you can't find the freezer pack. I will send you one.

I agree with everyone else about the water and juice during the day but if you still want to give her milk try freezing it half full and adding more on top so it stays cold and keeping it in a cooler will help too.

I usually give my son his milk at home, and water with ice in it to keep it cold at the park or at friend's houses. They appreciate not having milk dripped all over their houses, I'm sure. :) Otherwise, if you have to bring milk, but one of the multitude of lunch boxes that are available at back to school sales and put your sippies in there with a couple of ice packs - that'll keep 'em cold enough for moderately long trips.

Insulated sippy cups are everywhere. You can also pack it, and an ice pack, in an insulated bag or cooler and stick it in the diaper bag.
Or, you could limit milk to dinner time, and offer water or OCCASIONALLY juice any other time.

I surely have a 17 month previous son and he likes to bang his sippy cups on his highchair. So, we've tried very almost all types on the marketplace. i do in comparison to Nuby's, even the No-Spill ones spill. i admire Gerber and Playtex. despite if, i think of the Playtex ones could take extra abuse than the Gerber ones.

She doesn't need to be drinking milk all day!! Give her a beaker in the morning with breakfast and another at night before bed - the rest of the time juice and water is fine!
Alternatively, a coolbag!

Why not just take juice, its good for her also.
If you don't want juice, then I would say either in a lunch plastic bag with some freezer coolers in them to keep it cold.
