Because people have said it jokingly. Just one of the ploys of satan.
Actually, God knows us inside & out, once we confess Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior. So also, God created our sexual desires & know how it works on both male & female. (The devil tries to pervert this gift.)
Fornications & adulteries are against Gods purpose. Jesus forgave the adulterous woman & said, "...Go, & sin no more...". So? He also has saved people from all forms of sin including gay. In the early Church, some used to be gay also. But when Jesus washes our sins away, we aren't the old sinner anymore. But a new man in Christ Jesus.
I think it might have to do with the art period of 'The Last Supper' where they painted Jesus & other men as feminine. Probably because the artists were gay. Leonardo DeVince, was probably gay. I had a copy cat art work of 'The Last Supper' & the Lord put in in my heart to give it to charity. I felt that the Lord didn't like it. So? This was before the DeVinci Code came out.

"well its stupid but they think God is gay becouse he had all men disipals and he dident make adam and steve he made adam and eve"
Oh please!!
SO WHAT if Jesus might have been homosexual or bisexual instead of heterosexual? His teachings and compassion would have been no less extraordinary because of it.
Sorry to deflate your closeted, homophobic "Christian" sensibilities, but homosexuality [the word as we use it today didn't appear in the Bible until late 19th Century translations] is essentially a non-issue in the Bible: exceedingly small Scriptural potatoes. The only New Testament author to mention it was Paul, but neither he nor the scant few Old Testament writers who also did were Jesus.
You've also clearly missed the inarguable fact that Jesus isn't quoted anywhere in the Bible as saying anything whatsoever about homosexuality. JESUS SAID NOTHING ABOUT IT!

I would like to share with you some verses from the Bible regarding your question....
"I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!" Galatians 1:6-8
"In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire." Jude 1:7
"My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me." 1 Corinthians 4:4
"There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death." Proverbs 14:12
Hope this helps!

That's all it is "think" that Jesus was gay. If they believe that God sent Jesus to die on the cross for their sins, and believe in their heart that God raise Jesus from the grave, and if they repented of their sins and acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Saviour of their lives - then they'll know that Jesus IS NOT GAY.

Process of elimination. History does not infer or insinuate that Jesus was with woman and thus some people theorize that he was homosexual. Perhaps in retribution for the church declaring homosexuality as unholy. Perhaps gay and lesbians alike in their desire to belong. No one can say sure. In our society we are aloud to make accusations with little fear of retribution. On the other hand if you call Islam gay, lesbian or transgendered you will most likely be tortured and beheaded......

Some people can't fathom how a man can live that long without indulging in what is now majority heterosexual male behavior. He wasn't put on this earth to get married but to fulfill the will God had for him.

Think it was Leonardo's last supper that did that. The Catholics wouldn't have it that he was tupping Mary Magdeline so they said she was a bloke. Apparantly it was better for Jesus to be a poof rather than run the risk of him having legitimate offspring and admit Mary's axistance.

hiya Sexual orientation is a manufactured from genetics and pre-natal hormonal impacts. those issues are subject to organic determination, which simply by fact the fall has been going incorrect. God knew you would be gay, yet he did not choose that for you - from now on than he chosen for the guy down the line to be deaf. and prefer being deaf, being gay isn't sinful. i've got linked a link to an superb bible learn on the subject. What you will locate is that, "not something in the Bible comes on the brink of condemning loving, devoted, truthful gay relationships" (Justin Cannon). we are able to incorporate our sexuality, not inspite of Scripture - yet in gentle of it! (comparable guy or woman). You pronounced no long Bible expenses, as they does not make experience to you? attempt this... "God enjoyed the international lots that he gave his one and basically Son, so as that all of us who believes in him won't perish yet have everlasting existence. God despatched his Son into the international to not choose the international, yet to shop the international by way of him." (John 3:sixteen-17 NLT) God enjoyed who? today human beings? Or everybody? Jesus died so as that today people who have confidence does not perish? Or all of us who believes? Did Jesus come to choose and condemn you, or to love and shop you? have no worry in following Jesus. I promise you that for the duration of Him you will locate the main wonderful love and recognition (Romans 5:7-8). He knew you would be gay, he knew that as he climbed Calvary to his dying - and he went for you besides. He fed 5,000 men - 4% of them could have been gay, and that they have got been invited to his table too! And so are you. carry on with him, no remember what. not something is extra significant. wish this helps, be satisfied to get in touch in case you have any questions. :-)
